Kordell Truck & Trailer Sales, Inc. (“Kordell,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through kordelltrucksales.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

Contact details you provide — name, phone, email, company, and message when you submit a callback request, inquire about a unit, apply for a job, or contact us.
Application details — information you include in an employment application (and an optional resume).
Payment information — deposits are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited details (amount, status, last four digits); we never receive or store full card numbers.
Site usage — basic technical data (pages viewed, device/browser, referring source) to operate and improve the site.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries and provide sales, service, and financing information.
To process deposits and transactions you request.
To review job applications.
To operate, secure, and improve our website.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — for example Stripe (payments), our CRM/Salesforce (sales records), and communications providers — and when required by law. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you provide your phone number in one of our forms or otherwise ask us to text you, you consent to receive text messages from Kordell Truck & Trailer Sales about your inquiry, transaction, or application (for example: responses to callback requests, unit availability, financing follow-ups, and deposit or appointment confirmations). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
